1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Free Bounce website, services, downloads, music-related content, and related features operated by Free Bounce™ LLC. By using the website or downloading or purchasing any Free Bounce content, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the website, download content, or purchase products from Free Bounce.

2. Free Samples and Melody License

Melodies and samples downloaded through the Free Bounce free sample section are granted royalty-free for all uses, including commercial use.

You may use those free sample downloads in songs, beats, videos, social content, live performances, and other creative works without paying royalties and without giving credit. Credit is appreciated, but not required.

This free sample license applies only to files downloaded through the Free Bounce free sample section. It does not apply to third-party content, embedded music, or content that is not offered as a Free Bounce free sample download.

3. Sound Kit License

You may not resell, redistribute, repackage, share, upload, or claim ownership of Free Bounce sound kits, sample packs, individual sounds, or downloadable files as standalone products.

4. Ownership and Trademarks

Free Bounce™, the Free Bounce name, logos, branding, site design, and related materials are owned by Free Bounce™ LLC or its licensors. You may not use Free Bounce branding in a way that suggests endorsement, partnership, or ownership without permission.

You own the original songs, beats, videos, and creative works you make using properly licensed Free Bounce samples or sound kits, subject to these Terms and any applicable product-specific license.

5. Purchases, Payments, and Refunds

Payments are currently processed through Stripe. By making a purchase, you may also be subject to Stripe's applicable terms, policies, and payment processing requirements.

All purchases are final and not refundable, except where required by applicable law or where Free Bounce™ LLC chooses to make an exception in writing.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to misuse the website, services, or content. Prohibited uses include:

• Using the website or content for unlawful activity.
• Attempting to disrupt, damage, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the website or related systems.
• Redistributing Free Bounce downloads as standalone products.
• Claiming Free Bounce content, trademarks, branding, or files as your own original source material.
• Using Free Bounce branding to imply sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation without written permission.

7. Third-Party Services and Links

The website may contain links, embeds, or integrations from third-party services. Free Bounce™ LLC is not responsible for third-party websites, services, availability, content, policies, or transactions.

Stripe is currently used for payment processing. Stripe's current legal terms are available at stripe.com/legal.

8. No Warranties

The website, downloads, embeds, and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Free Bounce™ LLC does not promise that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Free Bounce™ LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website, services, downloads, purchases, or third-party links.

10. Changes to These Terms

Free Bounce™ LLC may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised last updated date. Continued use of the website after updates means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey and applicable United States law, without regard to conflict of law rules.
